Information you give us

• Your application: your name, email, phone number, and your answers about your business, such as what you sell, your revenue range, your marketing spend and what you want help with.
• Booking a call: the time you choose and any notes you add.
• Messages: what you send us by email, text or direct message.
• Clients: the information needed to deliver our service, including access you grant to your business accounts, and billing details.

Information collected automatically

• Visit and campaign details: the pages you view, the page and ad that brought you here (for example, campaign and ad identifiers in the link), your referring site, and your browser and device type.
• Video viewing: whether you start our video and how much of it you watch.
• Cookies and pixels: we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited our pages. Our scheduling, form and video providers also set their own cookies to make their tools work.

Sales calls

Calls with our team may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of the call. We use recordings and transcripts to prepare follow-up, to train our team, and to improve our service and our marketing, including with the help of AI tools. If you don't want a call recorded, tell us at the start and we won't record it.

How we use your information

• To review your application and decide whether we're a fit.
• To schedule and hold calls, and to send reminders and follow-up.
• To deliver, support and bill for our service if you become a client.
• To measure which ads, pages and messages work, and to improve them.
• To send you marketing by email or text where you've agreed to receive it.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We use AI tools to help analyze applications, call transcripts and campaign results for these purposes.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your application, your booked call and our service, and, where you've agreed, about offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only for that purpose:

• Our CRM, form, calendar, email and text-messaging platform
• Meta, for advertising measurement and audiences
• Our video hosting provider
• Our video-call provider, for calls and recordings
• AI service providers, for the analysis described above
• Our payment processor, for billing (we don't store full card numbers)
• Our website hosting and security providers

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Your choices

• Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
• Ads and cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage how Meta uses your activity in your Meta ad preferences.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll confirm your identity first, and may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
